Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) keeps an eye on Fatah’s activities on Facebook. On the 46th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, Fatah justifies the Arabs’ war against Israel – the same “Israeli danger that the Arabs fought against… still exists”, Fatah writes in their post.

Israel “poses the central threat to the [Arab] people, its interests, its future and its holy places,” Fatah wrote on Facebook.

“The anniversary of the [Yom Kippur War] is a call for the Arab world and its leaders to end this dark and bloody chapter that the Arab people are going through.”

In 1973, Egypt and Syria carried out a surprise attack on Israel during Yom Kippur – the Day of Atonement and the holiest day in Judaism. Over the next three weeks, Israel succeeded in pushing back the Arab forces. Israel suffered heavy losses during the war with 2,688 fallen soldiers and several thousand wounded soldiers.

On the 46th anniversary of the war, Fatah tells the Arab world that the same need to attack Israel continues to exist.

Here is Fatah’s post on Facebook (October 6, 2019):
“The anniversary of the October War (Yom Kippur War in 1973) is a call for the Arab world and its leaders to end this dark and bloody chapter that the Arab people are going through; it is a call to remind [us] that the Israeli danger that the Arabs fought against still exists and it poses the central threat to the [Arab] people, its interests, its future and its holy places. ”
* The post was posted on Fatah’s official Facebook page by Fatah’s branch secretary in Poland, Khalil Nazzal.

PMW has documented Fatah’s use of Facebook to promote terrorism, spread anti-Semitism and deny Israel’s right to exist.

MIFF has written about Fatah’s abuse of Facebook and called for the signing of a letter of protest to Facebook, after years of scrutinizing Fatah’s blatant anti – Semitic attacks on Israel and the glorification of terrorist attacks against Israelis and Jews. Facebook refused Infinitum News to boost the call to sign the protest letter, which is completely incomprehensible.

It is grotesque that Fatah continues to have access to abuse Facebook. When does Facebook intend to stop Fatah’s call for war and terror against Israel, Israelis and Jews?
