According to the unofficial version, about which RMF FM informs, the event was to take place on March 14 at about
9:00.
The young man was supposed to break into the gazebo on one of the plots when the 74-year-old was still sleeping.
The burglar stood above his bed.
Then there was a struggle between the men, during which the senior was to choke a 24-year-old.
Then he tied his hands with a belt, then left the house and notified the service.
After returning, the young man was supposed to be dead – said RMF FM.
-The autopsy showed that the cause of the death of the 24-year-old was acute circulatory and respiratory failure-said Grażyna Wawryniuk from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Gdańsk, cited by RMF FM.

On March 16, the man was charged with unintentional causing the death of a 24 -year -old and not to help in a situation threatening his life – says RMF FM.
– The judge did not take into account the request to arrest the man.
The prosecutor’s office will appeal to this decision – added Grażyna Wawryniuk from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Gdańsk in an interview with “Fakt”.
According to the prosecutor, there is no clear evidence that the man has invaded the senior gazebo.
