Apply to join MIFF’s sponsored youth tour in 2020

From approx. From 20 June to 3 July 2020, Infinitum News is organizing a highly sponsored learning trip to Israel for ten young people between the ages of 18 and 30. PS! Submit your application as soon as possible. Deadline is March 15.

For the fifth year in a row, Infinitum News is holding a youth trip to Israel in the summer of 2020. See photos and articles from previous trips.

The trip in 2020 is for young people adults who are already involved or want to be involved in Infinitum News and the case of Israel in Norway or Denmark (click here to become a member of Infinitum News in Denmark). Earmarked gifts from our members and donors sponsor a larger share of the cost of the trip, so the deductible for the participants will only be 7,500 kroner. It includes flights from Oslo Airport, accommodation, two meals per. day (breakfast and dinner), travel and joint activities. In total, the price of the trip per. person at least double. We are planning the trip in the period from 20 June to 3 July 2019, but there may be shifts in a few days. The exact date will be announced in good time.

The participants in the trip will be taught important topics in Israel’s history and understanding of the current situation and the Israelis’ arguments.

From Infinitum News is Kjetil Ravn Hansen with as a tour guide (organization secretary and main board member) along with another person who it will be is not clarified yet. Kjetil was also the leader of the previous trips. He has visited Israel several times and has extensive knowledge of the current situation in the country. -We will see much of the country from the Golan in the north to Sderot on the Gaza border in the south, Hansen says. But the participants will also get in touch with peers through the organization StandWithUs and meet conscripted Israeli soldiers at the Gaza Strip border. It will be a great time to explore both Jerusalem and Tel Aviv with visits including the Holocaust Museum Yad Vashem, the Knesset, Palestinian Media Watch and more. You will have experiences that a regular holiday trip will never be able to give you. There will also be time for beach life and sightseeing. Accommodation in Jerusalem, on the Dead Sea, Tiberias and Tel Aviv. A more complete daily program will be sent out to applicants. There are also many exciting experiences not mentioned here!

After you return home from your Infinitum News trip to Israel, it is our goal that Israel and the Jewish people will have a very special place in your heart . You will be equipped to stand up for Israel in debates and discussions.
