MpF celebrates two years in Denmark with increasing support from Danish Israel friends and more than 500 Danish members.

MIFF posts new articles daily on miff.dk which is the most current Israel website in Danish. Interest in Infinitum News is growing and MIFF’s Danish Facebook page is also growing with 1,800 followers.

Despite the Corona crisis, Infinitum News reached a new record with more 20.00 visits during the month of March. All this is thanks to Danish Israel friends – many thanks for your support!

Many thanks to Infinitum News in Norway
It is thanks to the support from Infinitum News in Norway that Infinitum News can speak for Israel in Denmark. In 2019, Infinitum News in Norway covered 71% of the budgeted costs in Denmark. Friends of Israel in Norway have given the Danish friends of Israel a unique opportunity to support Israel and the Jewish people. The rest of the budget must be covered by the friends of Israel in Denmark via contingents, gifts and admission. That’s why we at Infinitum News Denmark need all the support we can get from JER . We know you are many out there and we are ready to fight for the cause of Israel with you. CLICK HERE TO BECOME A MEMBER.

MIFF’s way of working has changed during the Corona crisis and we have found new ways to reach out to MIFF’s Israel friends with exciting lectures via Zoom meetings.

Zoom offers Infinitum News new and exciting opportunities
On April 6, Infinitum News held its first Zoom meeting with Conrad Myrland, general manager of Infinitum News in Norway and chairman of Infinitum News in Denmark, Kjetil Ravn Hansen, organization secretary in Infinitum News Norway, Bjarte Bjellås, journalist in Infinitum News Norway and Rika Greenberg, editor and general manager of Infinitum News in Denmark. During the meeting, MIFF’s members in Norway and Denmark had the opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into the challenges that Israel and the Jewish people face at a time when anti-Semitism and terrorism continue to pose a growing threat.

On April 16, Infinitum News Zoom held a lecture by David Weinberg on Corona and the struggle in the Middle East for MIFF members. Weinberg writes in Israeli newspapers about diplomacy and defense. He is the founder, vice president, and senior researcher at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategic Studies (JISS), Israel’s conservative think tank in security and director of the Israeli Department of the Center for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) in Canada. Weinberg has previously spoken for Infinitum News on several occasions, both in Norway and Denmark.

On April 22, there will be a Zoom meeting with Itamar Marcus, Director of Palestinian Media Watch on how the PA is using Corona to demonize Israel. Marcus has previously been to Norway as MIFF’s guest. In January 2019, Marcus participated in a meeting with the Conservatives and the Liberal Party in the Norwegian Storting.

The interest in MIFF’s Zoom meetings which come directly to your living rooms and provide an opportunity to ask questions to our international speakers is overwhelming. That is why we are planning more Zoom meetings. So remember to keep an eye on miff.dk and MIFF’s Facebook posts.
